We need to talk…

Next CMF Evening Event:
We Need to Talk about Children’s Film
March 26th 2014, 6.45 pm - 9 pm
BAFTA, 195 Piccadilly, London W1J 9LN
The CMF are excited to be collaborating with BAFTA on our next event - "We Need to Talk About Children's Film". An evening exploring the current environment for developing, producing and distributing children’s films in the UK - particularly relevant as CMF has been campaigning for some time for greater children’s inclusion in the BFI’s Film Forever programme. It's going to be held at BAFTA in Piccadilly on the 26th March at 6.45pm.

We've organised a brilliant line-up of speakers chaired by Briony Hanson, Director, Film at the British Council. Confirmed panelists so far include Justin Johnson from the British Film Institute; Rupert Preston from Horrid Henry: The Movie producer/distrributor, Vertigo Films and Mind Candy's Jocelyn Stevenson, co-writer and producer of Moshi Monsters: The Movie.

Tickets are free for CMF supporters and patrons, and BAFTA members and cost £5 for others.  You can book tickets here.

We're currently planning future events for the rest of the year, if you would like to suggest any topics for us to explore, please get in touch.
