Charter Renewal: The Great British Sell-Off? is the provocative title of this year’s CMF-spsonsored policy discussion at the Children’s Media Conference in Sheffield. CMF are producing a debate in which a panel of interested participants will discuss whether the BBC should and could be prepared to commit more fully in the long term to the children’s audience and guarantee increased budgets, as the Licence Fee and Charter come under public scrutiny over the next 18 months.
Video or Audio Podcast of the full session available here.
