In parallel he is a social commentator, journalist, occasional TV presenter and author of eleven books, ranging from the best-selling 'Official Sloane Ranger Handbook' to 'Authenticity is a Con', an attack on the cult of authenticity. Patrick Barwise is emeritus professor of management and marketing at London Business School and an expert on marketing and media, specialising in customer-focused strategy and execution, marketing leadership, brands, advertising, media, and broadcasting policy.
