Jeremy Swan

CMF’s 24th Lifetime Patron, Jeremy Swan, worked for many years as a producer and director in BBC Television Children’s Programmes with Ursula Eason, Monica Sims, Edward Barnes, Anna Home and Lorraine Heggessy as “the Boss”. He is probably best known as producer of the iconic and madcap Rentaghost series. And he created many others.

In his pre-BBC Past he was at RTÉ, Granada TV, the glamours of Motion Pictures and the theatre.

Now he works as a painter, (pictures not walls), a playwright, and his autobiography, “Is That You Maureen? My Life Making Children’s TV and Beyond” is published on 29th July 2024.
